He spent 11 years in a major blue chip multinational [GSK] working in senior strategy/global roles [covering Asia/Africa/Europe/USA] and in-market CMO roles. He has spent a similar period in Board level roles at strategy consultancies and agencies. He has worked with many of the world’s leading businesses and brands.

Tim BrooksMuzeable operates as a ‘network’ organisation. The support clients need and the work I want to do will often require a broad range of skills and I am certain that the expertise [e.g. [big] data analytics, category/retail understanding, deep digital awareness] are best sourced through strategic partnerships or through bespoke networks of quality specialists. Building an internal team that will inevitably not always have the right person in-situ and that ultimately clients will have to fund seems an outdated approach. A large organisation is not my aim – it’s about doing great work with great clients and hopefully having fun doing it!.

Our focus on small intense projects also means that most of the work is personally done by me anyway… when needed I will supplement this with experienced colleagues and specialists. I am comfortable making sure we have the right people in the room to deliver the right thinking. Looking back at my long experience in consultancy I wished I’d always worked like this!
